Viva Dojo Challenge! Youth is an explosion (Japanese: ??????!
????????, - Biba dojoyaburi! Seishun wa bakuhatsu da) is episode
193 of the anime series Naruto. It is a filler episode, with
a storyline unique to the anime series.
Episode Synopsis
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
The episode begins with Naruto Uzumaki stumbling upon what
seems to be a slipshod wooden shack. It is revealed that it
is Rock Lee's dojo that was just recently built, inspired
by a memory of someone challenging a local dojo. Lee is upset
because there are no ninjas to challenge him and test his
power. He demands that Naruto do so, but Naruto feigns illness
and promises to find someone else.
Later, Naruto stumbles on Might Guy, and he tells him about
Lee's dojo. Guy is characteristically so proud of Lee's determination
that he immediately bursts into tears and promises to disguse
himself and challenge Lee. He dresses up in a fake afro and
mustache in preparation, but before he can begin the fight,
he is called away on a mission, responding to a report of
a ninja trying to infiltrate the village.
As if happens, this enemy ninja is just outside the village,
and watches as Guy leaves. Deciding to pose as Guy while he
is gone, he uses henge to assume Guy's appearance, unaware
that the afro and moustache are part of a ridiculous disguse.
Seeking information on Konoha's elite ninja, he comes across
Naruto, who, thinking that Guy has returned, drags him to
Lees dojo to begin the fight. A several-sided pummeling of
the hapless spy begins, with the real Might Guy returning
just in time to thrash the imposter some more.
Later, Tsunade happens to show them all an intel photo of
the spy... who they then realize is the same person they already
defeated and put in custody.
