Naruto. The episode's storyline is from the Chunin Exam manga
arc.

Plot
Hinata, being encouraged by Naruto, exchanges blows with Neji.
Even though the Juken doesn't look that flashy, it turns out
to be very effective. While Hinata was trying to damage Neji's
internal organs, Neji was actually sealing Hinata's chakra
points, another ability of the Hyuga's ability to use the
Byakugan.
Neji tells Hinata that she cannot win, and it is predetermined
by fate. Naruto keeps encouraging Hinata, who continues to
fight, even without her chakra. Neji deals nearly lethal blows,
disrupting her kidneys, heart, and other organs.
Hinata still does not give up, she tells Neji that he is
also suffering inside because he knows that he's part of a
lesser branch of the clan. This enfuriates Neji, so he decides
to just kill her. However, at this point, Kakashi, Gai, Kurenai,
and Hayate all stop Neji, who realizes that since Hinata is
part of the Main house, the jonins will not let her come to
harm. Hinata collapses and Naruto quickly rushes to her side.
Neji then calls Naruto out telling him that if he plans on
becoming a ninja, he shouldn't root for a stranger and that
a drop out will always be a drop out. This enrages Naruto,
but before he can fight Neji, Rock Lee steps in.
Unfortunately, the injuries to Hinata's heart prove near
fatal and she goes into cardiac arrest. Naruto watches with
horror as the medics hurriedly carry Hinata off. He kneels
down and collects some droplets of her blood in his fist.
He faces Neji and shows him his now bloody fist and swears
on Hinata's blood he will defeat Neji.
