Ebisu, who was teaching Naruto, has been knocked out by an
open pervert. Naruto then demands that the pervert train him,
but the man did not feel any obligation to do so. Finally,
after trailing the pervert, Naruto finds out that the man
wanted a babe, and uses the Sexy Technique to persuade the
man to train him, which the pervert graciously agreed under
1 condition... Naruto had to stay in his Sexy Technique form
for all the time he is around him. Naruto doesn't cooperate.
The man continues the water-walking exercise, and notices
that Naruto is really bad at chakra controlling. After Naruto
takes off his clothes, and the Demon Seal appears on his stomach,
the man noticed that seal has been surrounded by the Five
Element Seal of Orochimaru. The man fixes the seal since it
was done incorrectly, and Naruto finds out that he could finally
control his chakra well. The man decides that it is time to
let Naruto learn how to control the demon fox's chakra.
At night, Ebisu confronts the man, and is not at all angry.
Rather he is surprised that Jiraiya is here, Orochimaru's
old teammate.
Trivia
When Jiraiya shows Naruto his book, it was Icha Icha Violence
(literally "Flirting Violence"). This is the book
that Kakashi is shown reading in Chapter 68 of the manga,
Blood of the Uchiha, but is different from the book that Kakashi
read in episode 3.
